Immersing oneself in water between 38 and 42 degrees C increases body temperature, which dilates blood vessels and stimulates circulation. This enhanced blood flow more effectively delivers oxygen and nutrients to tissues. This thermal effect also activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol, the body's stress hormone. Consequently, the nervous system finds relief, heart rate stabilizes, and the body can achieve easier and deeper sleep.
Natural mineral sources containing sulfur, magnesium, sodium chloride, and carbonic gas offer notable biological benefits. Carbonic-rich mineral water aids peripheral vasodilation, while sulfur and magnesium, with their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, help soothe symptoms of psoriasis, eczema, and seborrheic dermatitis.
