On 9/6, around 4:35 p.m., after work, staff members from Tay Bac Nghe An General Hospital discovered a traffic accident on National Highway 48D, near Phu Thanh block, Tay Hieu ward (formerly part of Thai Hoa town). An unconscious man was lying on the road.
Upon reaching the scene, the group of doctors and medical staff assessed the victim's critical condition and immediately initiated emergency first aid measures. Doctor Nguyen Anh Tu, deputy director of the hospital, personally performed external chest compressions, coordinating with other medical staff to provide first aid and maintain the victim's circulation.

The emergency resuscitation efforts continued for several minutes until an ambulance arrived. The victim was then transported to Tay Bac Nghe An General Hospital for further monitoring and treatment.
A hospital representative stated that providing emergency aid is a professional reflex. In urgent situations, medical staff always prioritize on-site treatment to ensure the victim's chance of survival.
In recent times, the pre-hospital resuscitation skills of doctors and medical staff have saved many patients. On 18/3, in Nghe An, doctor Tran Van Bien and Nguyen Cao Viet performed CPR, saving a 64-year-old man who collapsed from cardiac arrest while playing volleyball. On 2/5, doctor Ho Khac Thuy, deputy director of Quynh Luu General Hospital, coincidentally performed CPR and saved a boy who had stopped breathing after an electric shock at Quynh beach resort.
