Cancer never appears overnight; it results from the accumulation of lifestyle habits over many years.
Recently, nutritionist San San (Taiwan, China), who reviewed and analyzed over 5,000 health check-up reports, highlighted six high-risk daily behaviors on her personal page. She emphasized that these seemingly harmless habits continuously create an ideal environment for cancer cells to develop in the body.
Eating five to six meals a day, with milk tea and snacks "always at hand"
Eating habits constitute a significant portion of the list provided by expert San San. She noted that a lifestyle pattern of eating five to six meals daily, combined with continuous consumption of milk tea and snacks, keeps the body in a state of high blood sugar for extended periods. Glucose, in turn, is the primary "fuel" that powers cancer cells.
The expert shared that she considers this the most dangerous yet most easily overlooked factor. Many mistakenly believe that eating smaller, more frequent meals is beneficial for health, failing to realize that frequent intake of refined sugar continuously supplies energy to cancer cells.
Consuming burnt grilled meat
The consumption of grilled food is also on the warning list. San San explained that when meat is grilled to a burnt crisp, it produces group one carcinogens, directly damaging DNA. Those who enjoy grilled foods should pay attention and exercise restraint.

Heating food in substandard plastic containers
Furthermore, using substandard plastic containers for microwave heating is another dangerous behavior she warned about. Poor-quality plastic, when exposed to high temperatures, releases plasticizers (phthalates). This environmental hormone can disrupt the endocrine system, potentially stimulating abnormal cell proliferation.
Drinking bottled water left in a sun-exposed car
Drinking plastic bottled water left for an extended period in a hot, sun-exposed car is another common habit often underestimated. The expert explained that plastic bottles in high-temperature environments release microplastics and toxic chemicals. Long-term consumption of these substances not only increases the burden on the liver and kidneys but also risks triggering chronic inflammatory responses.
Staying up late
From a lifestyle and rest perspective, San San cited the World Health Organization (WHO), stating that staying up late has been classified as a carcinogen. The key issue is that prolonged sleep deprivation disrupts the body's natural cell repair mechanisms at night, not merely a concern about electronic radiation as many believe.
Ignoring prolonged chronic inflammation in the body
The expert also issued a call: If health check-up results show numerous abnormal indicators that are not addressed, it suggests the body may be in a state of prolonged chronic inflammation. Notably, chronic inflammation is a significant root cause leading to cancer formation.
Nutritionist San San advises that if you recognize any of these six habits in yourself, you should promptly begin adjusting your diet and daily routine starting today.
