In 2019, after giving birth to her second child, Hoang Hong Nhung maintained a weight of 48 kg, but her waist measured 72 cm. For someone with a small frame, this indicated not only a bulky physique but also a silent warning about metabolic health.

Nhung, now 42, has a sensitive constitution with a history of dizziness, vestibular disorders, and a weak immune system. Popular extreme weight loss methods, such as intermittent fasting or invasive interventions like liposuction, were never viable options for her. She tried gyms and explored exercises online, but the results were disappointing as her clothes became increasingly tighter around the waist.
A turning point arrived in March 2023 when Nhung adopted a new philosophy: instead of focusing on "eating less," she focused on "eating right." She began a body management program based on the science of metabolic balance, an approach that contrasted with common strict dieting mindsets.
Nhung’s strategy was simple yet disciplined. She divided her meals into four essential nutrient groups: carbohydrates, fiber from vegetables, animal protein, and plant protein. No food group was entirely eliminated; instead, adjustments were made to timing. Carbohydrates were included in daytime meals but reduced in the evening. Fried foods and sweets containing refined sugar were minimized to control blood sugar levels.
Alongside nutrition, Nhung established a moderate exercise routine of 20 to 30 minutes daily, alternating between cardio and resistance training. According to Health magazine, cardio exercises not only help control heart rate but also optimize metabolism and blood circulation. Resistance training, meanwhile, plays a key role in building muscle mass—the body's natural "calorie furnace"—while also preventing osteoporosis and improving mental health.
Her persistence over 90 days, from January to May 2023, yielded significant results. Nhung lost 4 kg, bringing her total weight to 44 kg. Her waist circumference decreased by 9 cm, down to 63 cm, revealing distinct "11" abdominal lines, a feature she had never possessed even in her youth.
Internal body metrics were even more impressive, with total body fat decreasing by 7% and visceral fat by 1,5%. Data from a bio-scale—a device measuring the impact of aging on bodily functions—recorded Nhung's biological age at 32, 10 years younger than her chronological age. While the concept of "biological age" and its precise measurement methods remain debated in the medical community, Nhung's noticeable improvements in energy and endurance serve as practical evidence.

From a woman struggling with her post-pregnancy physique, Nhung has now become a coach and founder of a weight loss program. Differentiating herself from the traditional fitness market, she focuses on clients who are busy or have medical conditions preventing high-intensity exercise.
"I have found a new career path for my life", Nhung shared, emphasizing that this is more than just a weight loss story. "My goal is to help women build a scientific lifestyle and become health role models for their children to follow."
