On 18/7, Hai Chau ward police stated they are processing the cases and classifying violations, including one individual found with illegal drug possession.

The operation occurred around 4h30 on 16/7. Police forces conducted residency checks and screened suspicious individuals at the apartment complex on Nguyen Duc Canh street, in Group 2, Hai Chau ward.

During the checks, authorities conducted drug tests on 200 individuals, including those under professional management, legal supervision, and suspicious cases. Rapid test results identified six people positive for drugs.

This operation is part of the "45-day intensive campaign to achieve a drug-free Hai Chau ward."

In the coming period, local police will continue to enhance residency management and supervision of various groups in residential areas, key locations, apartment complexes, and high-rise buildings. This aims to maintain security and order, and further the goal of creating a drug-free area.
