On 16/9, Hanoi city police announced that the Security Investigation Agency has initiated legal proceedings against 6 suspects to investigate the crime of defrauding to appropriate property under Article 174 of the Penal Code.

Earlier, intelligence from the Internal Political Security Department revealed Julia Aesthetic, a cosmetic facility on Den Lu street owned by a 30-year-old woman, operating without a license for medical services.

During the inspection, police found 6 employees of the facility introducing themselves as doctors and technicians, performing anesthesia and liposuction on three clients. However, none possessed degrees or practice certificates. This group had previously impersonated doctors and medical staff to consult and provide medical examinations and treatments to clients.

To protect the legal rights of citizens, police urge anyone who has used services at Julia Aesthetic cosmetic facility to contact the Security Investigation Agency at 58 Vu Trong Phung, Hanoi, to report and provide information.
