Ba Charged for Throwing Offensive Substances at Clothing Shop Owner in Dispute

Following a dispute with a woman in Thanh Vinh ward, Vo Thi Hang and hai accomplices threw hai buckets of offensive substances at her clothing store to "teach her a lesson".

Police in Nghe An province have charged ba individuals with public disorder after they allegedly threw offensive substances at a clothing store. The charges were filed on 27/6 by the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police under Article 318 of the Penal Code.

The suspects are identified as Vo Thi Hang, 53; Pham Van Anh, 28, both residing in Vinh Loc ward; and Le Van Dai, 42, from Tan Ky commune.

According to the investigation, Hang had a prior dispute with Ms. Nguyen, who lives in Thanh Vinh ward. Hang, along with Anh and Dai, then planned to "settle the score" with her.

On the evening of 1/6, Hang drove a car carrying hai buckets of offensive substances to an area near Ms. Nguyen's clothing store on Le Hong Phong street.

Authorities alleged that Dai and Anh then used a motorcycle with a fake license plate to transport the substances, throwing them at Ms. Nguyen's clothing store before fleeing the scene.

After over hai weeks of investigation, police tracked down the whereabouts of the ba suspects.
