Lam Dong Provincial Police are investigating the discovery of a baby girl's body in Tan An Residential Group 2, La Gi ward, on the morning of 13/7.
According to initial information, an environmental worker collecting trash on Ngo Quyen street on the evening of 12/7 found a black backpack by the roadside. The worker opened the heavy backpack and discovered the body of a baby girl inside, immediately alerting authorities.
Hearing the shouts, many nearby residents gathered to observe the incident. The baby girl was estimated to be 2 months old, and her identity remains unknown.
Upon receiving the report, La Gi Ward Police cordoned off and secured the scene. Lam Dong Provincial Police examined the scene that night and requested a forensic autopsy to aid the ongoing investigation.
