Car windows smashed, property stolen overnight

Jiang Chuangxing, a 29-year-old Chinese national, is accused of smashing multiple car windows in Gia Vien ward to steal property.

At 3:50 AM on 27/11 in the Ho Tien Nga area, one car had its windshield smashed, resulting in the loss of a wallet and gold valued at approximately 32 million VND. By 4:15 AM, in Dong Khe alley 11, another car's window was broken, with a leather bag, cash, and a phone stolen.

Police identified the suspect as a man responsible for three car window break-ins on the night of 27/11 in Hai Phong. He was described as wearing a blue shirt and a mask, carrying a flashlight, and approaching parked cars to break their windows and search for valuables.

On the night of 28/11, Gia Vien Ward Police in Hai Phong apprehended Jiang Chuangxing while he was hiding in Bac Ninh province. Several pieces of evidence were seized during the arrest.
