A 40-year-old male driver from Quang Hanh ward was summoned by Road Traffic Police Team 2 (CSGT), Quang Ninh Provincial Police on 22/8 after he was filmed driving against traffic on Bai Chay Bridge.
At the police station, the driver explained he was traveling from Bai Chay towards Hon Gai when he decided to go karaoke. He then took an exit, leading him to drive against traffic on the bridge.
His dangerous driving endangered many vehicles traveling in the correct direction; fortunately, no collision occurred. Onlookers recorded the incident and blocked his path, prompting the driver to drive his car onto the median strip where it became stuck.
