A 9th-grade female student was hospitalized with multiple injuries after allegedly being attacked with a knife by an 11th-grade student from another school. The incident occurred on the afternoon of 7/10 at the Ea Tar cemetery area in Thai Binh hamlet, Ea Tul commune. The Truong THPT Tran Quang Khai school, located in Cu M'gar commune, confirmed on 9/10 that it had reported the incident involving an 11th-grade student from its school and is awaiting the conclusions of authorities.
According to reports, the two female students had a prior conflict, exchanging angry messages and phone calls, and then agreed to meet to resolve their dispute. On the afternoon of 7/10, the 16-year-old 11th-grade student arrived at the cemetery carrying a knife. The 14-year-old 9th-grade student from Truong TH - THCS Nguyen Duc Canh school came with two friends.
At the cemetery, the two students argued, struggled, and then engaged in a physical altercation. The 11th-grade student allegedly attacked her opponent multiple times with a knife before leaving the scene. The victim's two friends then took her to the hospital for treatment for multiple injuries.
Truong THPT Tran Quang Khai stated it would base its handling of the incident on the conclusions reached by the authorities.
