On the afternoon of 24/7, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, presented the appointment decision to Colonel Tran Trong Thuy.

Thuy, a native of Hai Phong, has served many years in the traffic police force. Following his appointment, the Minister of Public Security temporarily seconded him to the Dong Nai Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, effective 24/7, to fulfill specific operational requirements.

Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, praised the new deputy director as a well-trained officer with extensive practical experience, having served for many years in the traffic police force. He stated that Colonel Thuy's appointment and assignment recognize his dedication, contributions, and commitment to ensuring security and order.

In addition to Colonel Tran Trong Thuy, the Dong Nai Provincial Police currently has 7 other deputy directors: Colonel Tran Anh Son, Colonel Duong Van Manh, Colonel Lam Van Long, Colonel Nguyen Phuong Dang, Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai, Colonel Nguyen Anh Hung, and Colonel Nguyen Chi Toan.
