Khloe Simmonds sentenced for 12 fabricated rape claims

Khloe Simmonds, 26, has been sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison after admitting to 12 false accusations of rape against 6 men over an 8-year period.

On 7/9, Khloe, a transgender woman, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice by Harrow Crown Court.

According to the court, this was not an isolated incident but a series of false accusations spanning from July 2018 to January 2026, which led to hundreds of hours of police investigation. Several individuals accused were arrested and detained, impacting their lives and reputations.

In one instance, Khloe accused an Afghan man of threatening her with a knife and then raping her. He was arrested and subjected to an 88-day investigation.

The man denied the accusation, stating that Khloe had initiated flirtation, which he rejected.

Another chef, whom Khloe met through a dating app, was later invited to her apartment. The man stated he left because he felt uncomfortable.

Khloe later reported to the police that this man had drugged her drink and raped her. He was arrested at his home and held at the police station for one day.

One of the final incidents involved Khloe taking a taxi home and then reporting to the police that the driver had raped her.

However, the vehicle's GPS data showed that it did not stop during the journey and maintained a speed of approximately 45 km/h.

Following this incident, Khloe was arrested on suspicion of making false accusations and perverting the course of justice.

She subsequently admitted that all 12 reported rape incidents were fabricated.

During sentencing, the defense presented Khloe's mental health issues and alcohol addiction for the court's consideration.
