The Ministry of Justice inaugurated the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management's smart monitoring and operating center on the afternoon of 2/4. This center's operation is expected to modernize governance, enhance transparency, and improve the efficiency of civil judgment enforcement.
The IOC has 7 core functions: account management, data visualization, index monitoring, analysis and forecasting, a virtual assistant, report synthesis, and a notification and alert system.
Designed for comprehensive data integration, the IOC model connects various data sources. These include: operational data for civil judgment enforcement, internal management data, and information from related sectors.

Phan Huy Hieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, stated that the IOC's implementation brings fundamental changes to the civil judgment enforcement system's management and operations. It shifts from manual processes to digital governance and from periodic reporting to real-time operations.
This transformation will enhance monitoring, early warning capabilities, analysis, and forecasting, thereby increasing transparency. It also ensures accurate and complete updates of statistics and data, guaranteeing "sufficient, correct, and clean" information regarding civil judgment enforcement.
