On the evening of 5/5, a 54-year-old man reported that his motorcycle had been stolen. The vehicle's storage compartment contained a leather wallet, personal documents, and approximately 700,000 VND.

Following 24 hours of tracking, police arrested Cuong and his accomplice Huy, both residents of Dong Son Ward.

Cuong confessed to committing 23 motorcycle thefts since 10/2025, with 7 of these occurring in Dong Son Ward. The duo frequently changed locations and methods of operation, employing a "disappearing act" to evade authorities.
