Ho Chi Minh City police are searching for a murder suspect after a man was killed and two others were injured in an attack at their home in Phuoc Hai commune late on 13/9. Authorities have cordoned off a 100-meter section of Vo Thi Sau street in Tan Hoi hamlet as they investigate the crime scene and search for clues.
After 6 PM, residents in the area heard screams and calls for help emanating from the house. Upon checking, they found the homeowner deceased on the floor, surrounded by bloodstains. The victim's wife and son-in-law, both injured, were immediately transported to Ba Ria Hospital for emergency treatment.

According to Ba Ria Hospital, Le Thi Muoi, 58, was admitted with multiple head injuries. Nguyen Van Linh, 34, the son-in-law, sustained injuries to his shoulder, wrist, lower leg, left foot, and right heel, and is currently undergoing surgery.
Residents living opposite the alley reported that the suspect resides in the same locality and was known to the victim's family. Following the assault, the assailant fled the scene on a motorbike. Ho Chi Minh City Police are actively pursuing the suspect.
