According to the police investigation, Vi worked as a delivery driver. The 12-year-old girl frequently hired him to buy food, which led to them becoming acquainted and exchanging messages.

In october 2025, Vi arranged to meet the girl, then lured her to a relative's house for abuse. 4 days later, using a similar tactic, Vi allegedly committed the act again with the victim.

The girl later recounted the events to her family. After receiving the report from the family, police launched an investigation and arrested the suspect.
