The incident, which took place at dawn on 18/1, involved four individuals who broke into the residence of Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Van in Suoi Da neighborhood, Binh Phuoc Ward. Security camera footage shows the group arriving on two motorcycles, with their faces obscured by jackets and masks.
Two of the suspects acted as lookouts while the other two forced open the gate and pried open the house door to gain entry. Within approximately 10 minutes, the group emerged carrying the safe. They then fled the scene with the homeowner's SH motorcycle.
Ms. Van reported the theft to the police the same morning after discovering her missing property.
On 28/1, Binh Phuoc Ward Police began extracting security camera footage from the Suoi Da neighborhood as part of their investigation to identify and apprehend the group responsible for the burglary.
This incident is not isolated; security cameras at other residences within Binh Phuoc Ward have also recorded the same four-person gang repeatedly breaking in and stealing motorcycles.
