The investigative agency took this action as part of a broader effort to combat, prevent, and address intellectual property infringement, following directives from the Ministry of Public Security's leadership.

The indictment followed a decision made on 15/5. After collecting documents and evidence, the Ministry of Public Security's investigative police agency decided to prosecute the case at Giong Ca De Doi Center and simultaneously indicted singer Quang Lap.
