Around 0:30 on 25/1, two bodies were discovered on the median strip and one on the road surface along Vo Nguyen Giap street in Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province. A fourth person, injured, was rushed to the emergency room.

Investigators found pepper spray, a knife, and empty beer bottles at the scene. A motorbike with significant front-end damage was also present. The incident occurred on a coastal road lined with several resorts, an area devoid of residential homes.

Quang Tri provincial police are currently investigating the cause of death.
