Two young men harass woman at late-night eatery

Dinh Xuan Dong and Dinh Van Luong harassed a woman at an adjacent table in an eatery, leading to a scuffle with her boyfriend.

Phu Dien Ward Police summoned Dinh Xuan Dong, 31, and Dinh Van Luong, 29, on 29/8, identifying signs of public disorder.

The incident occurred at 10:10 PM on 25/8 at an eatery in the City Giao Luu urban area, Pham Van Dong street. Security camera footage showed Dong's group, seated at an adjacent table, harassing a woman. A scuffle ensued between the two parties, disrupting public order.

Dong and Luong verbally abused and provoked the woman's boyfriend, then repeatedly struck his face and head. Another individual who attempted to intervene was also assaulted.

One victim suffered swelling in the temple area and a nosebleed. The other victim sustained swelling on the right cheek.

Phu Dien Ward Police are consolidating the case file for processing in accordance with regulations.
