This unified platform will serve both Vietnamese citizens for stay notifications and foreigners for temporary residency declarations.

From 21/5, individuals and accommodation establishments are instructed to use this new website exclusively. They should discontinue making temporary residency declarations on the old website and cease using the ASM software for stay information.

According to the police, the new system is designed to provide accommodation establishments with comprehensive tools and solutions for swift and professional declarations.

This shared website also facilitates flexible management of multiple branches under a single main account, with each branch operating independently through various sub-accounts. The system supports automatic extraction of passport and identification card photo information during temporary residency declarations and stay notifications, alongside easy retrieval and management of customer history.
