"This is an encouragement for me to study confidently, develop myself, and later help other young people in difficult circumstances like mine", Ngoc Han said.

At the general education level, GrabScholar 2026 awarded 300 study support grants, each valued at one million dong. These scholarships are for pupils from primary to high school. This financial aid helps cover the costs of textbooks and school supplies.
Ma Tuan Trong, Chief Operating Officer of Grab Vietnam, believes that every pupil and student possesses great potential. However, not all students can pursue their desired path. Therefore, GrabScholar was launched to alleviate some educational costs, reduce parental worries, and provide students with better conditions to focus on their studies.
"We are very pleased to witness the positive results of the students who received scholarships from the first year and wish to continue accompanying many pupils and students in the coming years", Trong stated.
Vo Phuc Loc, the child of a Grab driver-partner and a student of Data Science and Statistics at the University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, is one of the students who received a scholarship from the GrabScholar 2025 program. In his first two semesters, he achieved average grades of 9,46 and 9,44 respectively.
Loc stated that before receiving the scholarship, he thought he would have to work part-time to help his parents cover university expenses. But thanks to GrabScholar, he can dedicate more time to studying, delve deeper into his preferred major, and participate in school activities.
"What makes me happiest is that the scholarship also helps my family reduce financial pressure, allowing my father more time to rest and take care of himself. I will continue to study well and become independent soon so I can take care of my parents in the future", Loc said.
GrabScholar is implemented with the support of the Grab For Good Fund and in collaboration with VietHope, an educational social enterprise. The program aims to share educational costs for families, while also creating more opportunities for pupils and students to continue their studies and personal development.
Over two years of implementation, GrabScholar has awarded a total of over 600 scholarships and study support grants to pupils and students nationwide, including the children of Grab driver-partners and merchant-partners.
