Hoa Phat water purifiers apply electrolysis with membrane technology

Hoa Phat’s hyperS hydrogen alkaline ion water purifier series integrates 12 filter cores, combining electrolysis with membrane technology and an American-made Dupont Filmtec RO membrane.

According to the manufacturer, the hyperS series includes four versions: HPA855, HPA856, HPA885, and HPA886. These models feature a Matt Surface glass design, resistant to fingerprints, and differ in water modes and hot-cold functionalities.

A key differentiator for these devices is the electrolysis with membrane technology. After being processed by the RO filtration system, water passes through an electrolysis chamber using platinum-coated titanium electrodes. Here, the electrolysis process separates water into two distinct streams, with alkaline ionized water retained for use. Research published in Scientific Reports and Diabetes Therapy indicates that hydrogen-rich water possesses antioxidant capabilities, and its alkaline pH helps neutralize excess acid.

The company states that water after electrolysis has a dissolved hydrogen content ranging from 800 to 1,800 ppb, an ORP index from negative 350 to negative 800 mV, and a pH level of approximately 6,5-9,5, depending on the selected mode. "Thanks to electrolysis with membrane technology, the hydrogen content in the water is maintained at a higher level compared to previous generations," a representative said.

The Hoa Phat team also incorporated the Ultra H8.0 functional core cluster with a unibody design, combined with the F3.0 coarse filter cluster. This structure aims to optimize water flow through the system while reducing the risk of clogging during operation. The company explained: "The Ultra H8.0 cluster contributes to a 20% increase in filtration flow compared to the previous generation."

Specifically, before entering the electrolysis chamber, water is treated through a multi-stage filtration system, with the American-made Dupont Filmtec 75 GPD RO membrane as the central component. This membrane features ultra-small filter pores, supporting the removal of impurities, bacteria, virus, heavy metals, and many dissolved compounds in the water.

Additionally, the system integrates functional filter cores to refine water quality before and after the electrolysis process. "The combination of the F3.0 coarse filter cluster, the RO membrane, and the Ultra H8.0 functional cluster forms a closed processing cycle comprising 12 filter cores," a company representative added.

Depending on the version, users can select different water modes. The HPA855 and HPA856 models provide purified water and hydrogen alkaline ion water, while the HPA885 and HPA886 further add hot and cold water modes. The company announced that devices come with a 36-month warranty, applicable at 112 stores nationwide.

With over two decades of development, Hoa Phat has steadily established its presence in the manufacturing and distribution of various home appliances. As of 12/2025, the company offers over 220 products across five main categories: water purifiers, hot and cold water dispensers, air coolers, range hoods, and induction cooktops. In 2024, the enterprise earned the "Vietnam National Brand" certification.
