The Kun Marathon Can Tho is scheduled to take place over two days, 8-9/5, at Song Hau Park in Can Tho. Organizers will open free registration from 15h on 1/5. Parents can register their children by filling out the required information on the event's website.
To prevent system overload, organizers recommend early access with a stable internet connection. Required information includes the name, age, identification number, and phone number of both the parent and the young athlete. Each account can register a maximum of 5 children, and the system will automatically close once the capacity is reached.

For its second season in Can Tho, Kun Marathon continues alongside VnExpress Marathon Can Tho with the new theme, "Join Kun to Protect All Species". On race day, young athletes will tackle a nearly 1 km course featuring physical challenges designed for their fitness levels. Upon completing the race, each child will receive a commemorative medal recognizing their individual effort.
Beyond the competition, the event offers numerous experiential activities for children. The "World of Species" experience zone features interactive, nature-themed games, helping children engage with educational content visually.
Concurrently, an interactive program with the "Kun Squad" will be held to increase engagement and add a highlight to the event. These activities are designed to combine play with environmental learning, contributing to a diverse experience for young athletes and their families.
Accompanying the children are familiar faces such as artist Truong Giang, actor Hao Khang, dancer Candy, and content creators Kairon and SinL. A representative from the organizing committee stated that the educational message about loving nature and protecting animals will be featured throughout all Kun Marathon events in the first 6 months of next year.
Can Tho marks the third stop for Kun Marathon this year. Previously, the race took place in TP HCM and Hue, attracting thousands of children and parents. After Can Tho, this playground is expected to continue to many other localities such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Nghe An, and more.
