Tran Quang Hung (31 years old, TP HCM) works far from his hometown. His biggest concern is not being able to directly care for his parents. He encouraged his parents to use Long Chau's "My Family's Health Wallet" account. This allowed his parents' health data to be synchronized on the shared account. He can proactively monitor his parents' health remotely, understanding their condition and what they need for timely care.

Hung's family is one of over 200,000 families currently using and benefiting from Long Chau's "My Family's Health Wallet" family account. By implementing this utility, Long Chau aims to reduce financial pressure on families, making healthcare for loved ones more manageable and proactive. The "My Family's Health Wallet" allows multiple members of the same family to link to a shared account to accumulate spending, earn reward points, and receive healthcare offers and gifts.

Hung stated that the Long Chau family account is gradually changing his family's healthcare habits, making them more proactive and connected. For multi-generational families, this account is a method to monitor the health status of each member, whether they are near or far.

In addition to existing utilities, hundreds of thousands of families trust Long Chau's family account due to its information security, achieved by integrating "residence information" verification on VNeID during account activation.

VNeID is the national electronic identification application developed by the National Population Data Center (Ministry of Public Security). Technology experts state that verification via the national electronic identification application helps prevent misinformation or fraud, protecting users when participating in digital services. Integrating family account verification via VNeID is one of Long Chau's efforts to build a modern digital healthcare ecosystem, ensuring information security, and helping people feel more secure on their health journey.

Previously, Long Chau partnered with the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06 - Ministry of Public Security) to integrate healthcare services and deploy digital pharmaceuticals, enabling people to purchase healthcare products online directly on VNeID. Building on this foundation, Long Chau continues to apply population data to healthcare, implement digital medical services, and build digital infrastructure to improve people's lives.

Long Chau is currently the sole healthcare partner working with C06, the Ho Chi Minh City Police, and other units to replicate the Digital Citizen Station model in various localities, helping bring digital utilities closer to citizens.

For its contributions to national digital transformation programs, last May, the Long Chau Pharmacy and Vaccination System received a commendation from the Minister of Public Security for "outstanding achievements in implementing Project 06 for the 2022-2025 period".

A Long Chau representative shared that in the future, the company will continue to enhance family account features based on user needs, expanding utilities and benefits, aiming to make the account a safe, reassuring, and effective assistant in daily healthcare.
