Toshiba gives away a 730 million VND car to lucky customers

Toshiba Lifestyle Vietnam launches the "shop freely, win big" program, offering 101 prizes, including a Toyota Innova Cross 2.0G car valued at 730 million VND, for lucky customers during Toshiba brand day.

Toshiba Lifestyle Vietnam has launched its "Shop freely, win big" promotional program as part of Toshiba Brand Day. The program features a prize structure including an automobile, home appliances, and electronics. This nationwide promotion runs from 31/8 to 31/10.

The program's highlight is the grand prize: a Toyota Innova Cross 2.0G car, valued at 730 million VND. This is the most valuable prize among the total 101 awards, with an overall prize pool worth 2,381 billion VND.

Beyond the car, Toshiba is offering 10 first prizes, each a high-end Toshiba Japandi 533 liter built-in refrigerator, valued at 54,99 million VND. Additionally, 20 second prizes consist of Toshiba Japandi T37 heat pump dryers, each worth 26,99 million VND.

The prize list continues with 30 third prizes, which are Toshiba Japandi ice-making water purifiers, each valued at 14,99 million VND. There are also 40 consolation prizes, each a Toshiba Umami electronic rice cooker, worth 2,79 million VND.

Customers can register to participate in the program by purchasing eligible Toshiba products from various outlets: stores, electronics retail chains, distribution websites, or Toshiba's official e-commerce platforms. Participants must meet age requirements and provide product information and supporting documents as outlined in the program rules.

Each valid product serial number grants a corresponding number of spins, as specified for certain products. For products without a unique spin allocation, each valid serial number counts as one spin. A customer can accumulate multiple spins throughout the promotion period.

To enter, customers access the "Shop freely, win big" Mini App on Zalo via a QR code or the program link. Participants then provide details such as the store, model, and product serial number. They must also upload a purchase invoice or document, along with an image of the product and its serial number.

The system processes the information within 60 seconds and sends verification results via Zalo within 24 business hours. Once the information is confirmed as valid, customers receive a notification from Zalo OA Toshiba Lifestyle VN. They can then navigate to the "My Gifts" section and select "Lucky Spin" to perform their spin.

The system randomly determines the results, which are displayed within 5 minutes of the customer clicking "Spin now". The deadline for entering or scanning serial numbers and uploading purchase documents is 22:00 on 7/11, while the final deadline to perform the prize spin is 12:00 on 11/11.

For the first, second, third, and consolation prizes, customers can agree with Toshiba to receive the prize value in cash via the ZaloPay e-wallet, equivalent to the announced prize value. This cash alternative option does not apply to the grand prize automobile.

Prize handover will occur within 45 days from the end of the promotional period. Customers must retain their original purchase invoices and documents for verification purposes. All documents must be intact, without any erasures, alterations, or repairs, as per the program's terms and conditions.
