Instead of focusing on technology or specifications, the contest organized by Panasonic encouraged participants to share everyday moments. A load of laundry during the rainy season, stories of washing clothes for young children, or memories of a washing machine that has served the family for many years became the material explored in the entries.
Following two rounds of voting, the organizers selected the four entries with the highest scores. Panasonic representatives visited the families' homes directly to present the awards and install the prizes: a Panasonic NA-S157FW1BV front-load washer dryer and a cordless vacuum cleaner.

The contest opened new perspectives on housework, as each daily load of laundry often carries concerns about weather, time, and family health. From stories of a Panasonic washing machine accompanying three generations for 12 years, to a resilient appliance enduring sun and rain, or acting as a "bodyguard" protecting health, each entry offered a glimpse into how the product supports every family.
One of the winning entries in the "Veteran Washing Machine" category belonged to Nguyen Thi Hien, who recounted her family's three generations using a Panasonic washing machine for more than a decade. The first machine was purchased when she and her husband started their family and welcomed their first child. Despite financial difficulties at the time, she decided to buy it to ease the burden of laundry and have more time for family care.
When the family welcomed a second child, laundry needs increased. The old Panasonic washing machine was then passed on to her parents and is still in use today. "The washing machine is a link connecting our extended family, a close friend," Hien said about the appliance.

According to a Panasonic representative, receiving more than 1,000 entries shows that laundry, though a daily task, remains deeply connected to family emotions and rhythm. These stories also reflect users' expectations for home appliances: not just clean clothes, but also stable operation, ease of use, and suitability for various life stages.
From a product perspective, Panasonic stated it is developing new generation washing machine lines to meet actual usage habits, emphasizing health protection, resource saving, and reducing the burden of housework.
For example, the Panasonic NA-S157FW1BV front-load washer dryer is equipped with a range of technologies for modern families. The StainMaster+ hot water sanitizing wash technology eliminates up to 99,99% of bacteria and 99% of allergens (according to research results from the Vietnam Institute of Biotechnology and certification from Biostir, Japan). Additionally, Blue Ag+ technology gives the machine the ability to eliminate 99,99% of bacteria and extend antibacterial effectiveness for up to 18 hours (according to a report from the Institute of Biotechnology Testing Organization).
The machine also integrates a sanitizing dry mode, suitable for families with young children or individuals with skin conditions. It also saves water, electricity, and time with AI Smart Wash technology.
According to Panasonic, the "Washing Machine Challenge for Every Obstacle" contest is seen as a way to recognize the role of small tasks in family life. User feedback serves as the basis for the brand to continue developing human-centered products, reducing the burden of housework and helping families have more time for moments together.
