Number 1's TVC tells stories of young people pursuing their passions

Released in december, Number 1's "recharge energy - enduring passion" TVC portrays young individuals resiliently pursuing personal goals amidst life's demands.

Instead of depicting grand success or victory moments, Number 1 energy drink's TVC adopts a relatable approach, capturing familiar glimpses of individuals quietly nurturing their passions alongside life's responsibilities.

The message "recharge energy - enduring passion" is conveyed through images of young people who do not abandon their choices, even when the journey is challenging.

One of the characters featured in the TVC is Thanh Vil (28, TP HCM), a young man passionate about drumming. Graduating with a major in musical instruments from a college in Ben Tre, Thanh has been dedicated to drumming since childhood, performing at cafes from age 15. However, his artistic path alone could not cover living expenses, compelling him to seek various other jobs.

By day, Thanh works as a freelance computer engineer, taking on delivery jobs to ensure a steady income. At night, after completing his day jobs, he returns to his familiar drum set. For the young man, each practice or performance is not just about maintaining his skill but also a way to sustain his mental energy, continuing to pursue the passion he has held since his youth.

Thanh's portrayal in the TVC is not that of a glamorous artist, but a regular young person balancing multiple roles to protect his chosen path. The steady drum beats resonating in the night symbolize his persistence and resilience on a challenging journey.

In another setting, the TVC depicts the story of Hai Yen (23, TP HCM), a young female racer pursuing her passion for speed. On the track, Yen not only confronts sharp turns, high speeds, and injury risks, but also overcomes stereotypes against women in a sport often considered demanding.

Falls, injuries, or external pressures do not deter the young woman. Instead, each time she gets up, she returns to the track with greater determination. For Yen, limits are not about speed or physical strength, but whether one chooses to give up.

Though their journeys differ and their rhythms of life diverge, Thanh Vil and Hai Yen share a commonality: the courage to choose their own paths and persevere. In the TVC, Thanh's precise drum beats and Yen's powerful laps are juxtaposed as two expressions of the same enduring spirit.

According to Number 1, this also represents the current generation of young workers – individuals who constantly navigate between work, personal responsibilities, and their aspirations. They may not appear on grand stages or pedestals of glory but still create value for themselves, their families, and society.

Released at the end of the year, a time when many face work pressure, financial strain, and unfulfilled goals, Number 1's TVC reminds viewers that "energy is not just needed for a work shift or a short journey. It is also the resource that helps people continue to nurture dreams, maintain their spirit, and not abandon their passions amidst daily demands."

Through the stories of Thanh Vil, Hai Yen, and other characters, Number 1 continues to accompany Vietnamese workers, aiming to provide sustained physical energy while inspiring a spirit of embracing challenges. When passion is fueled at the right moment, the journey ahead, however long or challenging, can continue with clearer self-belief.
