Generali Vietnam representatives reported that 2025 marked a period of positive growth for the company, characterized by an expanding network of general agency offices, an increasingly professional team of financial advisors, and high contract retention and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) rates.
Within this system, three leaders—Nguyen Van Vinh of GenCasa My Dinh, Do Van Bien of GenCasa Hue 1 and Quang Tri, and Pham Thi Tuyet Sang of GenCasa Thu Duc 3—head general agencies consistently ranked among the highest in revenue nationwide. These three directors, with their distinct leadership styles, share a common goal of fostering sustainable development, increasing revenue, and spreading humanitarian values.
A General Agency (GA) is an independent business unit within the Generali system, comprising multiple teams of advisors. A GA is typically led by a General Agency Director (GAD), who is responsible for operations, recruitment, training, and team development.

Emphasizing transparency
In 2025, the GenCasa My Dinh office, led by GAD Nguyen Van Vinh, achieved the highest revenue nationwide, with a second-year contract retention rate exceeding 90%. Vinh attributes this success to his philosophy: "Live Kindly - Act Meticulously - Connect Long-term", which empowers each team member to excel professionally and steadfastly pursue their collective mission.
To achieve this outcome, Vinh chose to rebuild from the ground up. In 2020, amidst the pandemic that nearly froze the insurance market, he decided to leave his position as a regional manager to establish the GenCasa My Dinh General Agency office.
Vinh guided the office with the philosophy "Lead by System - Accompany by Heart", prioritizing transparent processes and MDRT-standard training. He combined modern management principles with a cohesive, family-like work culture. As a result, GenCasa My Dinh has maintained stable growth, becoming one of Generali Vietnam’s most exemplary offices.
Building core values
In the central region, GenCasa Hue 1 and Quang Tri, under the leadership of GAD Do Van Bien, have been among the top-performing offices in terms of premium revenue for many consecutive years. In 2025, despite economic and weather fluctuations in the region, both offices surpassed growth expectations, protecting over 30,000 clients and operating with a team of over 1,000 effective financial advisors.
According to Bien, this achievement stems from his philosophy of "servant leadership, placing people at the center". He believes that once a team trusts and follows their leader, the leader must help them succeed and find happiness, even during the most challenging periods.
Originally a medical specialist, Bien joined Generali in 2016, bringing a mindset focused on "helping others become resilient against risks". He developed a "Three-legged Stool" management model, clearly defining roles, processes, and oversight mechanisms, which ensures the office operates systematically and transparently. This blend of discipline and sharing has created a stable growth foundation for the entire team.
Maintaining team balance
In the southern region, GenCasa Thu Duc 3, managed by Pham Thi Tuyet Sang, secured a position in the top 3 for national revenue in 2025. Sang has consistently achieved MDRT, Court of the Table (COT), and Top of the Table (TOT) designations—the highest levels within the international MDRT system. For her, success is measured not only by numbers but also by the ability to inspire and foster team sustainability.
Having joined Generali over 11 years ago, Sang experienced every stage of the profession, from challenging beginnings to assuming the General Agency Director role in 2024. From the outset, she aimed to build GenCasa Thu Duc 3 into a "second home", where advisors could thrive happily and pursue clear goals.
Sang applies her philosophy "Lead with Heart, Guide with Vision" in all activities, from small group training sessions to individual coaching. Through persistence and kindness, she has built a cohesive, professional team, making GenCasa Thu Duc 3 a highlight for Generali in the southern region.
According to a Generali representative, these three journeys and three leadership styles converge on a common value: sustainable development rooted in people. These general agency directors are instrumental in realizing Generali’s mission as a "Lifetime Partner".
The three designations, MDRT, COT, and TOT, are part of the international recognition system of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Association, a global organization for outstanding financial and life insurance professionals. These levels signify superior business capability, professional ethical standards, and community leadership.
