Southern Tet space in western Ho Chi Minh City urban area

The LA Home urban area, formerly Ben Luc - Long An, has decorated its canal-side road with flower boats and miniature landscapes, offering various entertainment activities. It opened to the public from 7/2.

The "Spring Flower Wharf" Tet space at the LA Home urban area in Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh, completed its preparations and welcomed visitors from 7/2. It is expected to be a popular year-end entertainment spot for local residents. The canal-side street, adjacent to the model homes, features diverse miniature landscapes and spring flowers.

The spring ambiance reflects Southern Tet style, highlighted by a series of flower boats on the canal, evoking river merchants and the waterway culture of the Mekong Delta. Many people visited on weekends for photos. The canals are a distinct feature of LA Home; the developer enhanced seven natural canals, integrating green landscapes across its sections.

A photo area recreates traditional Southern tailor shops. A representative for LA Home's developer stated that Southern culture is a continuous inspiration for the urban area's design. For this first year of Tet activities, familiar images were chosen to foster a connection with residents.

Visitors stroll across a scenic bridge adorned with hundreds of red lanterns.

Residents receive calligraphy from a scholar and experience various stall activities within the project premises.

Many residents expressed delight at having a new spring attraction in the area. Luong Hoa commune, formerly Ben Luc district in Long An, is known for its rapid industrial development. These new attractions contribute to a more comfortable spiritual life.

Residents take photos with a miniature incense village.

The outdoor food court, featuring dishes like banh xeo, banh khot, che, and bun rieu, is a highlight of the activities.

Parents bring young children to experience traditional folk games and enjoy the cuisine.

Many visitors participate in Vietnamese bingo, with various prizes from the organizers.

Activities at LA Home will remain open to visitors until the end of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year. The organizers aim to create a relaxing year-end space for residents and promote the image of the new urban area emerging at the western gateway to Ho Chi Minh City.

LA Home spans 100 hectares, adjacent to the 400-hectare Prodezi ecological industrial park, and is undergoing rapid construction. The first section has completed its rough construction, while amenities like the fitness center are operational.
