The "Spring Flower Wharf" Tet space at the LA Home urban area in Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh, completed its preparations and welcomed visitors from 7/2. It is expected to be a popular year-end entertainment spot for local residents. The canal-side street, adjacent to the model homes, features diverse miniature landscapes and spring flowers.

The spring ambiance reflects Southern Tet style, highlighted by a series of flower boats on the canal, evoking river merchants and the waterway culture of the Mekong Delta. Many people visited on weekends for photos. The canals are a distinct feature of LA Home; the developer enhanced seven natural canals, integrating green landscapes across its sections.

Activities at LA Home will remain open to visitors until the end of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year. The organizers aim to create a relaxing year-end space for residents and promote the image of the new urban area emerging at the western gateway to Ho Chi Minh City.

LA Home spans 100 hectares, adjacent to the 400-hectare Prodezi ecological industrial park, and is undergoing rapid construction. The first section has completed its rough construction, while amenities like the fitness center are operational.
