Anakaliyah, currently 29 years old and from Florida, has wanted to change her appearance since childhood. As soon as she turned 18, she underwent her first breast augmentation. "I see my body as a work of art, a way to express beauty exactly as I desire," she said.

To date, she has had four breast augmentations, increasing her bust size from an A cup to 34H. Anakaliyah also underwent a nose job, porcelain veneers, butt injections, and the removal of six ribs. Recently, she traveled to Peru for an additional waist contouring procedure. The total cost for these surgeries is approximately 100,000 USD. Her current waist measures 58 cm, but her goal is to reduce it to 22 inches (approximately 56 cm).

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, rib removal surgery carries many potential risks, including pneumothorax, nerve damage, and non-union of bones after surgery. Some experts state there is currently insufficient evidence regarding the long-term safety of this method.

Anakaliyah shared that her recovery process after the waist contouring surgery in 9/2025 was much more difficult than her previous rib removal. She cannot turn properly and feels pain when straightening. To maintain her waist, she must continuously wear a corset, diet, and care for her body throughout the recovery period.

After her surgeries, she documented her journey on social media. This content attracted many followers but also faced criticism.

"Most negative comments come from women. That makes me sad because I believe women should encourage each other," she stated.

To fund her surgeries, Anakaliyah gave up luxury spending. She rarely travels, does not drink alcohol, seldom buys designer items, and uses most of her income from content creation to cover medical expenses.

"I save almost everything for surgery. My current priority is to pay off my house debt and beauty costs," she said.

Her next plans include lip augmentation, facial contouring, and eye modification in an anime style. "The aging process will happen, and perhaps I will need cosmetic surgery to fix it. I do not think I will stop," Anakaliyah said.
