On 6/1, leaders of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee stated that following the incident where staff threatened customers, authorities inspected the bar on Tran Phu street. They discovered the establishment lacked a food and beverage business license, prompting its immediate suspension. Authorities are currently investigating the threatening actions of the bar's staff.

The incident occurred on the evening of 31/12/2025, when bar staff had a conflict with a group of customers. One staff member brandished a shovel and ran towards them in a threatening manner, while another used a plastic chair to threaten to hit them. This caused one customer to flee. The area was crowded with passersby at the time, and some customers witnessing the event were very frightened.

A representative of the bar stated that they had sent apologies to the tourists and concurrently reviewed and disciplined those involved.
