During questioning by police, the young man admitted to dressing up and riding the motorcycle to attract attention, posting the clip on social media to "gain views".

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department, authorities have recently fined and confiscated vehicles in many cases of traffic violations filmed for online videos, such as riding hands-free or doing wheelies. The agency advises the public, especially young people, not to follow offensive trends that violate traffic laws and pose accident risks.
