Fire at Golden Maison apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City forces hundreds to evacuate

Smoke and flames erupted from an 11th-floor apartment at the Golden Maison apartment building in Duc Nhuan ward, prompting hundreds of residents to evacuate, on the evening of 20/9. Three ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

Around 6:45 p.m., a fire broke out in an apartment on the 11th floor of block GM2 at the Golden Maison apartment building, located on Pho Quang street, about 2 km from Tan Son Nhat airport. The complex consists of three, 22-story blocks.
