According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, from 4/4, the median strip on Truong Chinh Street, specifically the section crossing the Pham Van Bach intersection (Tan Son ward), will be barricaded for the construction of underground station S10.
Authorities opened a new U-turn point on Truong Chinh Street, opposite Co.opmart Thang Loi supermarket, to facilitate traffic flow through the area.

Under the traffic management plan, vehicles from Pham Van Bach Street wishing to turn left towards Cong Hoa can turn right onto Truong Chinh, then make a U-turn at the new intersection or continue to the Truong Chinh - Tay Thanh intersection for a U-turn. Conversely, vehicles from Truong Chinh Street turning left into Pham Van Bach can make a U-turn at the Truong Chinh - Cong Hoa intersection or the newly opened intersection.
The Pham Van Bach underground station is one of 10 underground stations on the Ben Thanh - Tham Luong metro line, located near the Cong Hoa - Truong Chinh intersection. It is the final underground station before the line transitions to an elevated section at Tan Binh station. The station design includes two underground levels, featuring ticket sales areas, functional rooms, and passenger pick-up and drop-off zones.

The Ben Thanh - Tham Luong metro line stretches nearly 11.3 km, connecting the city center to the northwest area, with over 9 km running underground. The project has a total investment exceeding VND 55 trillion, commenced in mid-January, and is expected to be completed in 2030. This is Ho Chi Minh City's second metro line, following the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien line, which began operations in late 2024.
