The conference takes place amidst a robust economic backdrop. The economy grew by 9,95% in the third quarter compared to the same period last year, marking the highest growth since the beginning of the year and bringing the 9-month growth to 9,01%. The average consumer price index (CPI) for the 9 months increased by 4,52% compared to the previous year, with core inflation rising by 4,26%.

Earlier on the same morning, a delegation from the Party Central Committee laid wreaths at the Monument to Martyrs on Bac Son street.
