Thousands of people lined up early on 30/4 to visit President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
A representative from the Mausoleum Management Board stated that due to the large number of people wishing to visit, the unit mobilized many officers and soldiers to ensure thorough service and reception. Visitors began queuing at 6h, entered at 7h, and finished their visits at 11h30.
To prevent the elderly and children from becoming too tired while waiting, the Hanoi Department of Tourism collaborated with the Management Board to arrange gifts of cool water, bread, and milk. For the 30/4 and 1/5 holidays, organizers expected to distribute a total of 45,000 gifts.
