Tay Ninh's highest Tet bonus reaches 600 million dong

The highest Lunar New Year Binh Ngo bonus in Tay Ninh reached 600 million dong at foreign-invested enterprises, with the lowest being 100,000 dong.

On 24/12, the Tay Ninh Department of Internal Affairs announced that 486 businesses, employing over 210,000 workers, had reported their salary and bonus situations.

Among these, 176 businesses plan to award New Year bonuses to more than 40,200 workers. The highest bonus is 80 million dong, the lowest is 100,000 dong, with an average of approximately 2.2 million dong per person.

For the Lunar New Year, 429 businesses plan to provide bonuses to more than 196,000 workers. The highest bonus is 600 million dong, the lowest is 100,000 dong, with an average of 7.5 million dong per person.

This year, the average monthly income for workers in Tay Ninh reached over 11 million dong. The highest monthly salaries are observed in: state-owned enterprises (100% charter capital) at nearly 52 million dong per person; enterprises with dominant state shares or capital contributions at over 89 million dong; private sector businesses at over 263 million dong; and foreign-invested enterprises at over 431 million dong.

Currently, 160 businesses in Ca Mau have reported their plans for both New Year and Lunar New Year bonuses.

Of these, 55 businesses anticipate giving New Year bonuses to more than 3,400 workers, with an average ranging from 2 to 9.2 million dong per person. The highest bonus, 36.9 million dong, is from a private sector enterprise; the lowest, 100,000 dong, is found in private sector businesses and one-member limited liability companies 100% owned by the state.

For the Lunar New Year, 119 businesses plan to award bonuses to more than 24,800 workers, with an average ranging from 4.5 to 12.5 million dong per person. The highest bonus is 200 million dong, and the lowest is 100,000 dong, both originating from the private sector.

Compared to 2025, the highest Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026 bonus in Ca Mau increased by over 164 million dong per person, while the lowest decreased by 400,000 dong.
