At 1:25 AM on 26/9, a tragic accident occurred on an internal road within An Duong Industrial Park, Hai Phong. A motorbike carrying three young men collided with a parked truck. The three young men, identified as Lo Van Van, 20, Lo Van Duy, 19, and Lo Duc Anh, 19, all from Muong Bu commune, Muong La district, Son La province, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The motorbike was traveling towards Dinh Ngo residential group, An Phong ward, when it reached intersection number 7. There, it crashed into the rear of a truck, driven by Pham Van Duong, 45, from Tien Thang commune, Hanoi. The truck was parked in the same direction of travel. The impact was severe, leaving the front of the motorbike severely deformed.

Police, in coordination with professional units, promptly arrived at the scene to conduct an examination and investigate the cause of the accident. Authorities are also working to contact the victims' families to arrange for the handover of the bodies.

The internal road where the incident occurred is straight and wide, featuring two lanes in each direction. It was raining when the accident occurred.
