The 23 Thang 10 road, a vital route at Nha Trang's western gateway, is submerged over one meter deep. Adjacent to the Go! supermarket area in the Vinh Diem Trung urban zone, vast expanses of water remain, with many automobiles stalled.

Early this morning, on national highway 1A near Cau Lung bridge in Dien Khanh commune, Khanh Hoa province, a 40-seat passenger bus carrying 33 people traveling from TP HCM to Quang Ngai was swept away by floodwaters.
