The accident occurred around 13h when Le Hong Hai parked his coffee truck at the old bus station area in B'Lao ward. Approximately 5 minutes after he left the cabin, the truck unexpectedly began to roll. It first struck a taxi and two motorbikes parked nearby.

The truck then careened onto National Route 20, where it hit a medium-voltage power pole by the roadside. The impact caused the power pole to break and fall, damaged a street light, and severed telecommunication cables. This led to a power outage affecting parts of B'Lao ward and ward 1 Bao Loc.

Fortunately, there were no passersby in the area at the time of the incident, which prevented any injuries or fatalities.

Following the incident, local authorities managed traffic and worked to remove the truck from the scene. Bao Loc Electricity immediately began efforts to restore power to the affected areas. The exact cause of the truck rolling on its own is currently under investigation.
