The vRace platform hosts the race, tracking activities and updating live rankings. Participants can register free, compete individually or in teams, and monitor progress throughout the event. Beyond competition, athletes completing the challenge receive certificates and e-medals.
More than a sporting event, the NAB Vietnam Virtual Race serves as a touchpoint between businesses and the tech community. With over 2,500 engineers in Hanoi and TP HCM, NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam is a major technology development center for the Australia bank in Vietnam.
According to the company, Vietnam has potential to become a skilled human resource hub. Its young engineering workforce, cost competitiveness, and quick adaptation to new technologies attract investment to this market.
“Beyond training and recruitment, creating community activities helps connect engineers, students, and businesses, fostering a sustainable ecosystem,” the representative noted.
Previously, NAB Vietnam launched talent development programs like StarCamp and WeCamp, providing hands-on experience and career guidance for tech students. Many interns from these programs transitioned to full-time roles at the company.
