Vietnam GameVerse took place at SECC, TP HCM on 8-9/5. VTC Online was a highlight, attracting over 35,000 visitors to its booth and distributing over 8,000 gifts.
For the fourth consecutive year participating in the event, VTC Online organized diverse interactive activities, aligning with visitor experience trends. The booth featured a "hot trend" check-in area and direct gameplay experiences for titles like Dot kich, Cats & Soup: Fluffy Town, and Lordnine. Additionally, a series of minigames adapted from actual gameplay, such as fishing, along with community-focused entertainment like rhythmic word reading, helped participants immerse themselves in the event's atmosphere.

According to a company representative, combining game experiences, interactive activities, and "trend-catching" elements increased dwell time at the booth, encouraging attendees to record and share their experiences. This approach transformed the booth into a content creation hub, reflecting new user trends at gaming events: a preference for diverse experiences, high interactivity, and social media shareability.
A major highlight at this year's GameVerse was the limited edition pull cart released by VTC Online. From opening day, images of attendees using these carts to carry gifts and navigate the SECC grounds quickly went viral on social media.

Previously, at the 2024 event, the company drew attention with its oversized "tui ba gang" (three-span bag). Following that event, the oversized bag design was quickly adopted by many other gaming companies at subsequent GameVerse editions. Building on that success, this year's pull cart demonstrates VTC Online's continued practical and experience-rich approach to community engagement. Many attendees praised the gift, noting its practical utility in carrying gifts throughout the event experience, beyond just brand recognition.
The community-centric approach was also evident in the performance of the game Dot kich at the Vietnam Game Awards 2026. The title achieved top rankings in the most loved gaming community, best esports discipline, and timeless game categories.

After nearly 18 years of release in Vietnam, Dot kich maintains a stable community, a professional esports system, and continuous content updates. Observers note that these results demonstrate VTC Online's long-term operational capabilities and sustainable development strategy over many years.
Beyond community activities, VTC Online also revealed its strategy to expand the gaming ecosystem in Vietnam. The company officially announced a strategic partnership with Smilegate to launch the Stove platform in the Vietnamese market.
Stove, a game distribution platform developed by Smilegate, currently boasts a PC gaming ecosystem and a large user base in South Korea. Under the partnership, VTC Online and Smilegate will collaboratively develop the Stove ecosystem in Vietnam, aiming for a licensed game distribution model and connecting domestic developers with the international market.

Alongside the partnership announcement, the Stove booth debuted at the event, offering many new products for players to experience. Notably, the MMORPG Lordnine and the Vietnamese horror game Tai Uong are considered two key highlights in VTC Online's upcoming release portfolio expansion strategy.
A company representative stated that the continuous expansion of its product ecosystem reflects VTC Online's long-term development strategy, extending beyond merely publishing games to building a platform that connects players, developers, and the international market.
