The artwork, crafted using traditional lacquer techniques, features dominant yellow, red, and orange hues, integrated with a lighting system to create dynamic effects. During the day, the lacquer finish reflects natural light, while in the evening, the lighting illuminates the sculpture, making it prominent amidst the spring floral display.

Organizers explain that the horse figure, symbolizing endurance and forward momentum, serves as a central highlight, resonating with this year's flower street theme, "Phuc Ma Phi Xuan" (Prosperous Horse Flying in Spring).
"We aim to create a cohesive journey along the route, with the Phuc Ma mascot as a key feature, symbolizing new year beginnings and reflecting the vitality and developmental aspirations of Hanoi, a capital with a thousand years of cultural heritage," a representative stated.

Extending from the mascot's position, the flower street unfolds into an expansive outdoor landscape within the urban complex. The welcome gate features rattan and bamboo, adorned with sculpted floral arrangements. The route is dotted with various small, artfully arranged landscapes, interspersed with flowerbeds, decorative clusters, and rest stops. The predominant warm color scheme enhances the festive atmosphere of early spring.
The flower street is designed as a continuous experiential journey, with each section reflecting a stage of the "Phuc Ma Phi Xuan" theme. Traditional Tet images, new year customs, memories of village festivals, and folk cultural symbols are reinterpreted through contemporary aesthetics, creating an environment that is both familiar and innovative, encouraging visitor engagement and interaction.

Organizers highlight Hanoi's inclusion in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network since 2019. Outdoor cultural spaces, such as flower street festivals, are integral to the city's expanding urban creative initiatives.
Home Hanoi Xuan, now in its 5th consecutive year, has established itself as a popular attraction and photo spot for Hanoi residents. Last year, the flower street drew nearly 200,000 visitors, making it one of the top 2 most-visited Tet destinations in Hanoi. Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company organizes the event, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, UNESCO, Keppel, and Sovico Group.
