Annually, the company operates group tours for over 25,000 guests visiting Northern Europe and Scandinavia. The signing ceremony took place within the framework of the Vietnam - Europe Tourism Promotion Program in Denmark 2025, part of a series of tourism promotion activities in key international markets. At the event, Vietnam Airlines announced the launch of a Ho Chi Minh City - Copenhagen route, establishing a direct connection for Danish and Northern European tourists to Vietnam. Truong Duc Hung, general director of Saigontourist Group, expressed hope that the MOU signing and the new flight route will boost the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism market and expand international visitor flows, especially from Europe. These activities also contribute to increased economic and cultural cooperation between the two nations.
Also on 19/11, the event "Viet Nam - Every Moment is a New Discovery" took place at the Vietnamese Embassy in Copenhagen, attracting over 50 Vietnamese and Danish businesses. During the event, Saigontourist Group showcased its brand image, travel products, accommodation, and high-end services, targeting European and Danish clientele.

These activities are part of the Vietnam - Europe Tourism Promotion Program 2025, organized by Saigontourist Group in collaboration with Vietnam Airlines, the National Tourism Development Fund, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, and the Vietnamese Embassy in Denmark. The event, held in Copenhagen, Denmark, aims to promote Vietnam as a destination to the European market, emphasizing the link between aviation and tourism in building a sustainable tourism ecosystem.
The promotion program in Denmark follows a series of international events that Saigontourist Group and Vietnam Airlines have implemented in recent years. Previously, these entities organized tourism promotion events in the US, Japan, Germany, the UK, Italy, Indonesia - Singapore, South Korea, Kazakhstan, and Russia, alongside major tourism fairs like WTM London and ITB Berlin.
