Bao Minh unveils cultural gift brand Bao Minh Heritage

Bao Minh Confectionery has launched Bao Minh Heritage, a cultural gift brand that blends traditional cuisine, local ingredients, artisan craftsmanship, and aesthetic design.

With over seven decades dedicated to Hanoi cuisine and traditional confectionery, Bao Minh developed Bao Minh Heritage. This new brand aims to expand its offerings from traditional sweets to a diverse range of gift products celebrating Vietnamese culture.

The brand utilizes local ingredients, blending artisan expertise with modern production technology and aesthetic design. Products are developed based on distinctive flavors and are also connected to the stories of their ingredients, the craft involved, and the culture of each specialty.

Bao Minh Heritage focuses on gift products for holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), ceremonial giving, cultural exchange, and personal enjoyment, presented in a style that meets modern demands.

According to a company representative, the development of new products relies on the extensive experience of artisans and skilled workers who have been with the company for many years. Traditional processing techniques combine with modern production technology to ensure quality control and product consistency during large-scale manufacturing.

This approach also helps preserve traditional techniques and skills, while expanding the application of traditional ingredients into new product lines.

Beyond culinary aspects, the new brand incorporates cultural elements into its product and packaging designs. Art is integrated into the gifting experience, connecting products with stories of Vietnamese land, ingredients, and culture.

One of the specialty products introduced by Bao Minh Heritage is "com" (young green rice), developed from a key ingredient deeply rooted in Hanoi's culinary culture.

The "com" is carefully selected from local ingredient sources, with the company focusing on factors such as the sticky rice variety, harvest time, and processing methods. The expertise of experienced artisans is applied during ingredient preparation to preserve the distinctive flavor of "com."

From young green rice, the brand develops various products and consumption methods, including "com" ice cream, "com" milk tea, "com" milk, "com" cakes, and lotus sticky rice. This expansion of product forms aims to introduce traditional ingredients into items suitable for contemporary tastes.
