According to the project, the total area planned for tourism is 1,086 hectares, located within the service-administrative and ecological restoration zones.
The region will establish five tourist sites: an Administrative Service Center, Bai Nai eco-resort, Kon Ka Kinh eco-resort, Suoi Ngoc eco-cultural experience site, and Nha Dam eco-cultural experience site.
Additionally, the province has planned 12 eco-tourism routes, totaling approximately 201 km, utilizing existing patrol roads and trails.

To achieve these objectives, from 2026 to 2030, the province will invest nearly 299 billion VND to enhance infrastructure, including patrol roads for tourism, parking facilities, an animal rescue center, and accommodation. By 2030, the province aims to attract at least three investors, create approximately 400 jobs, and achieve 20% self-sufficiency in forest protection funding.
The long-term vision for Kon Ka Kinh National Park, extending to 2045, targets an annual revenue of approximately 78 billion VND, the addition of two new tourist sites, and an increase in forest protection funding self-sufficiency to 80%. Out of a total investment exceeding 539 billion VND, socialized capital will contribute approximately 473 billion VND, with the remaining funds sourced from other legal channels.

Crucially, the project emphasizes the principle of "development without sacrificing the environment." All tourism activities must align with biodiversity conservation and will not occur in strictly protected zones. The province encourages low-emission tourism models, prioritizing electric vehicles and environmentally friendly materials.
Kon Ka Kinh National Park covers an area of over 42,000 hectares. With its peak at 1,748 meters, it is known as the "roof of Gia Lai" province, home to a diverse tropical forest ecosystem and many rare animal species, such as the grey-shanked douc langur.
