Russian tourist GulNara Khaisarova participated with her friends from a fitness club. This was her first time running a marathon abroad. "Everyone was very enthusiastic and supportive. I'm happy with this experience in the city where I've lived for over a month and a half," she shared. GulNara has visited many tourist attractions like Ba Na Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, Ngu Hanh Son, and especially loves the riverside area. |

The 2025 VnExpress Marathon Da Nang attracted 11,000 athletes, a 50% increase from last year. The race took participants past the Han river, My Khe beach, Dragon Bridge, Thuan Phuoc bridge, and Tran Thi Ly bridge—iconic landmarks of Da Nang. More news about the race can be found here.

Vietnam Airlines is offering a special discount for participants in the 2025 VnExpress Marathon series. Runners can receive a 20% discount on Premium Economy and Economy Saver fares, and a 15% discount on standard Economy fares.
