Khanh Hoa bird's nest introduced to over 120 Miss World contestants

Khanh Hoa bird's nest will be introduced to over 120 Miss World 2026 contestants through the menu of Tiem Yen Nha Trang, contributing to promoting Vietnamese culinary culture to international friends.

For the first time in over 70 years of history, Miss World has chosen Vietnam as the host country for its final round. Beyond this beauty industry milestone, the event also presents an opportunity to promote Vietnam's image, people, and culture to international friends.

On this journey, Nha Trang is one of the destinations, welcoming over 120 contestants from many countries, along with organizers, international media, and partners. In addition to its coastal scenery, local cuisine is also expected to become a highlight of the beauty representatives' experience.

Partnering with Miss World 2026 as the official culinary sponsor, Tiem Yen Nha Trang will prepare meals for contestants, organizers, and crew, using Khanh Hoa bird's nest as the main ingredient. Through this, the brand aims to introduce the local specialty to international friends from a more approachable perspective.

According to a representative from Tiem Yen, partnering with Miss World is not just about serving meals, but also an opportunity to tell the story of Khanh Hoa bird's nest - a product deeply connected to the Nha Trang region for centuries, yet still holding much culinary potential to explore.

The brand was established two years ago from a desire to change the approach to bird's nest. Instead of being solely associated with traditional steamed bird's nest jars, the brand developed bird's nest as an ingredient applicable in many dishes, suitable for modern lifestyles.

Currently, the brand has developed a menu of over 50 bird's nest dishes, ranging from appetizers and main courses to desserts. Among these, abalone and seafood bird's nest soup is a popular choice among many diners.

According to Tiem Yen, diversifying the menu aims to bring bird's nest closer to daily life, ensuring that Khanh Hoa's specialty not only appears on special occasions but also becomes an integral part of Vietnamese culinary culture.

After two years of operation, the brand has expanded its system to Nha Trang, TP HCM, and Hanoi, and was honored as a Famous Brand of 2026.

A brand representative stated that Tiem Yen's development direction is to honor the value of bird's nest through creatively prepared dishes, while ensuring food quality and safety standards. This commitment also served as the foundation for the brand to become the official culinary sponsor of Miss World 2026.

"We hope international friends will come to know Khanh Hoa bird's nest not just as a famous product, but also as a unique culinary cultural feature of Vietnam", a brand representative shared.
